Enrollment

Families interested in CVMS are invited to contact us for more information in regards to current enrollment status. We offer quarterly personal and/or virtual tours where you’ll have an opportunity to observe our classrooms in action, hear more about Montessori pedagogy and ask questions about our program!

Our Infant, Toddler and Primary programs run 12-months and so we do admit students throughout the year as children move up into the next level of their educational journey. Our "school year" typically "starts" on the first Tuesday in September for returning students, with a majority of our new children entering throughout the first week.

Currently, we are accepting applications to fill one of our several openings as well as for those wanting to join our waitlist. Interested families are placed in our wait-pool on a first-come, first-service basis. Siblings of currently enrolled students always get priority.

Enrollment Process:

  • We host quarterly in-person or virtual tours and if interested, you are welcome to RSVP; these are always listed on our homepage. Don’t see an upcoming tour listed, then we ask for your patience while we work on scheduling the next opportunities.

  • Complete the Enrollment Application and submit along with the nonrefundable registration fee (this is the ONLY way to be a part of our growing wait-pool of applicants).

  • Upon official acceptance, an enrollment packet will be emailed; a deposit must be paid to secure and hold your child’s place in the program. The deposit is not applied to any tuition installment payments and IS refundable after the 3-year enrollment cycle, provided all fees have been paid and terms of enrollment agreement have been met.

  • A private, family orientation will be set for you between family and child’s guide; additionally, infant and toddler children will receive a home visit from their guide; Primary children will be invited to visit the school the day before they begin, to become acquainted with the classroom, meet their lead guide, and receive a few preliminary lessons.
